We send prescriptions to your selected pharmacy. If we are unable to issue a prescription to your pharmacy, you will be issued a full refund.

Doctor Alexa services include treating common medical conditions like strep throat, sinus infections, and urinary tract infections. We treat common STDs like syphilis, gonorrhea, and trichomoniasis. We also provide chlamydia treatment and follow CDC treatment guidelines. Doctor Alexa treats a variety of mental health disorders like depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Simply select a condition to start and follow our three easy steps. When telemedicine is not the suggested option, the patient will be advised to contact their physician or seek emergency treatment.
Each consultation requires patients to complete a medical questionnaire. While completing the questionnaire, some options may prevent a patient from receiving services or treatments. Some exclusions include:

some autoimmune illnesses or other long-term illnesses

excessive prescription requests

errors or omissions on consultation form

based on the provider’s discretion
Refund Policy
The consultation fee is non-refundable. We will only issue you a refund if the medical staff is unable to issue a prescription to your pharmacy.
